November 2004
- Rob enjoyed a week as 1st flutist with the Ontario Provincial Honour Band.
October 2004
- As of October, Rob’s trio has entertained at over 35 gigs throughout the GTA during 2004!
September 2004
- Rob begins playing Sax and flute in Not Affiliated Big Band.
- Rob is profiled in the Economist and Sun newspaper. Click here to read (PDF file)
- Rob is awarded a $1,500.00 bursary from the Celebration of the Arts in York Region, sponsored by the York Region Newspaper Group.
- Rob starts grade 10 at Unionville High School.
August 2004
- Rob’s trio performs twice during the Markham Jazz Festival! Rob is selected to play flute in the Ontario Provincial Honour Band for the Fall.
July 2004
- Rob plays 3 successful nights at the Toronto Beaches Jazz Festival!
It was spectacular!!! Great weather, terrific crowds, fantastic response. Tons of cds were sold. Many people came back a second night to see Rob!
- Rob got to jam with the terrific jazz/funk group, ‘Mr.SomethingSomething’. What a weekend! Rob turns 15. Happy Birthday Rob!
- Rob releases his second CD, "Double Take"
June 2004
- Rob’s initial website is launched.
- Festival season begins; Rob is booked to perform at 8 summer festivals in the GTA.
- Rob is selected to play flute as part of the Ontario Provincial Honour Band
